Bulk email verifier and list cleaner

Upload a list and get every address back as deliverable, risky, undeliverable or unknown, with the reason. Download a clean list, or the full report with your own columns kept. Nothing is ever sent to the addresses.

In private beta: we enable teams in small groups. Or create a free account and we will tell you when it opens.

Upload, verify, review, download

A list check in the dashboard, start to finish, with nothing to install and nothing sent to the people on the list.

  1. 1

    Upload

Export a CSV or TXT from your CRM, email platform or a spreadsheet. Any column with an @ is checked; your other columns ride along.

  2. 2

    Verify

Duplicates are dropped, then every address goes through syntax, domain, MX and mailbox checks, cheapest first.

  3. 3

    Review

See the list split into deliverable, risky, undeliverable and unknown, and filter by the reason behind each.

  4. 4

    Download

Take the clean list, only the addresses to remove, or the full report with your columns and the results added.

What gets flagged

Every flag comes with the reason, so you decide what leaves the list and what only gets a note.

Invalid syntax and typos

Broken addresses, and misspelled popular domains with a suggested correction.

Domains that take no mail

Domains that do not exist, have no MX records, or publish a null MX.

Mailboxes that do not exist

The receiving server says no to the address, so a send would hard-bounce.

Accept-all domains

Servers that accept any address, so the mailbox cannot be confirmed.

Disposable inboxes

Temporary addresses that stop working within hours or days.

Role accounts

info@, sales@, support@: kept or removed by your choice.

Duplicates

The same address twice, ignoring case, removed before anything is checked.

Free webmail

Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo addresses, flagged for B2B lists, never removed for it.

Results you can act on

Four statuses, each with the reason behind it.

deliverable
The receiving server accepts mail for this mailbox. Send.
risky
An accept-all domain, a role account or a disposable address. Send with care, or remove by type.
undeliverable
The mailbox or domain does not exist, or the domain takes no mail. Remove: it would hard-bounce.
unknown
The server did not answer or refused the check. Keep it and check again later.

Works with whatever you export from

Export, verify, import the clean file back: the same three steps for every email platform and CRM.

  • Mailchimp
  • HubSpot
  • Klaviyo
  • Brevo
  • ActiveCampaign
  • Salesforce
  • Google Sheets
  • Excel

Keep your platform's unsubscribes and bounces suppressed when you import; the list-cleaning guide walks through it. Building it into your own app instead? Use the email verification API.

Your lists stay yours

  • Lists are used only to verify the addresses on them, for your team.
  • Never shared, never sold, never mailed.
  • Delete a list and its results whenever you like.
  • Run by an EU company: Savas OÜ, registry code 14062178, VAT EE101896809, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia .

Clean lists and authenticated mail, in one place

Inbox placement rests on two things: sending to addresses that exist, and proving the mail is really yours.

EmailSecOps already watches the second half: SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every domain you send from, DMARC reports and blacklists. The bulk email verifier adds the first half to the same team. Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft hold bulk senders to both; here is what they require.

Available today, on paid plans

List hygiene in the dashboard already checks CSV lists without the mailbox step: syntax, MX, provider, free, disposable and role flags, the domain's sender policy and a risk score per row.

How early access works

  1. Step 1

    Request access

Tell us what you would verify and roughly how many addresses a month. The form fills in the questions for you.

  2. Step 2

    We enable your team

Early-access teams get the dashboard, bulk uploads and the API on their EmailSecOps team, in the order requests arrive.

  3. Step 3

    Shape what ships

Beta teams decide what comes next. Pricing is set before general availability, and beta teams hear it first.

Questions about bulk email verification

How does email verification work?+
In order: the address syntax, then the domain's DNS (MX records, or none, or a null MX that refuses mail), then a short SMTP conversation in which the receiving server says whether it would accept mail for the address. The conversation ends before any message is sent. Accept-all, disposable, role and free-provider flags come from the same pass.
Does email verification send a message to the address?+
No. The mailbox check connects to the receiving mail server and asks whether it would accept mail for the address (the SMTP RCPT TO step), then ends the conversation before any message is sent. The person behind the address never receives anything.
Can an address marked deliverable still bounce?+
Occasionally. A mailbox can fill up or be closed after the check, and some servers accept an address during the conversation and reject the message later. Verify close to the send and remove anything that bounces afterwards.
What is a risky email address?+
One that may deliver but that nobody can vouch for: an address on an accept-all domain whose mailbox cannot be confirmed, a role account read by several people or none, or a disposable inbox that disappears. Each risky result carries its reason, so you can decide per type.
Why are some verification results unknown?+
Some mail servers delay or refuse checks from senders they do not know (greylisting and rate limits), or do not answer in time. An unknown result is not a verdict on the address: check it again later rather than deleting it.
What happens to the lists I upload?+
They are used only to verify the addresses for your team: never shared, sold or mailed. You can delete a list and its results at any time, and EmailSecOps is operated from the EU.
