Deliverability monitoring for SaaS senders
Mail from one domain through many providers: keep SPF under the lookup limit, DKIM keys alive and DMARC enforced without breaking a sender.
Where SaaS mail breaks
Product mail through SES or Postmark, marketing through HubSpot or Klaviyo, support through Zendesk, billing through Stripe. Each adds an include; at eleven lookups SPF fails for everyone.
SPF lookup counting
Every include and redirect is followed and counted against the limit of 10. You are warned at 8, told which includes are dead, and given a flattened plan.
Per-sender DMARC alignment
Reports are labelled by provider (SES, SendGrid, Google, Microsoft and 30 more). A provider that stops aligning shows up as a known sender failing, not as noise.
Safe path to p=reject
The advisor requires 98% alignment and no failing known sender before suggesting quarantine, and starts you at pct=25.
