Who we are

EmailSecOps is operated by Savas OÜ, registry code 14062178, VAT EE101896809, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between us and the team or person that uses the service.

The service

EmailSecOps monitors DNS-published email authentication records, receives DMARC aggregate reports you direct to it, and reports findings. It does not modify your DNS and does not send mail on your behalf.

Your responsibilities

Only add domains you control or are authorised to monitor; ownership is verified with a TXT record. Keep your API tokens secret. Do not use the free tools or API to scan domains at a rate that harms third-party DNS operators.

Accuracy

Checks reflect public DNS and HTTPS at the time they ran. Blacklist results depend on third-party lists and resolver policies. Findings and fix-it records are recommendations; test changes before enforcing policies on production domains.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe to the team, and invoices are issued by Savas OÜ. Limits are listed on the pricing page. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

AI agents

When you connect an AI assistant over MCP, it acts with the permissions you approve for your team. You are responsible for what you ask it to do; it cannot change your DNS.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before a claim.
